Welcome to LexOS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LexOS website, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using LexOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About LexOS

LexOS Pro is a digital legal operating system, built on Notion and enhanced with AI-powered features, designed to help lawyers, law firms, and legal professionals manage their practice more efficiently.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Platform. By using LexOS, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

3. License & Use

  • When you purchase LexOS Pro, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your professional or firm-related purposes.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute LexOS Pro or any part of its templates or AI integrations without prior written permission.

  • LexOS is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases made via Gumroad or any other authorized sales platform are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Because LexOS is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are typically not offered. Exceptions may be made in limited cases at our sole discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, templates, documentation, and AI integrations associated with LexOS are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of LexOS without permission.

 

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

LexOS is built on Notion and may include integrations with third-party AI providers. Use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. LexOS is not responsible for third-party performance, availability, or data handling.

 

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • LexOS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • We make no guarantees that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every legal practice.

  • LexOS does not provide legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexOS shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
